▹ Please provide visual references and a concise description with all important details (colours, clothing, pose, expressions etc). Please be short and to the point▹ I usually work in 300 dpi RBG canvas with a size around 3000px. If you would like the artwork to be of different dimensions/colour profile, please specify this in your request▹ Prices listed above are for personal use (non-profit). For commercial use where art will be used to make profit (book covers, merch, promotional material/banner on profitable platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Patreon etc.) commission will be at least 2X of base prices▹ Commercial commissions will be communicated through contract and signed by both parties▹ You are free to post the art on social media and use it for personal prints/merch but I maintain copyright and you CANNOT resell my artwork/profit unless you have paid commercial pricing▹ Commissions may be posted on my social media and print shop. If you would like your commission to remain completely private and not posted, an additional fee will be charged▹ Do not claim my artwork as your own▹ You are not allowed to use my artwork for any AI purposes or mint as a NFT▹ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason
Payment & Refunds
▹ All payments will be in USD via PayPal▹ You can pay in full upfront or 50% at the start and 50% after the sketch is finalized▹ If payment is not received within 48 hours after invoice being sent, commission will be moved to the end of the queue or canceled▹ Full refunds are only possible if I have not yet started on the commission. If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 50%▹No cancellation/refund will be given after sketch is finalized
ordering & process
▹ Once you have read through my terms and are ready to commission me, please fill out the form below with your commission request!▹ I will review your order and email you to let you know whether I accept your commission and to discuss more details▹ Once the details are finalized I will send you an invoice via PayPal. I will start the commission only after payment is received▹ You will be provided with work in progress updates at different stages▹ Minor edits are possible at any stage (adding small details/colour changes etc.) but major changes (pose/costume changes) are only possible in the sketch phase. Any major changes after the sketch is finalized will be charged extra▹ It will take me between 1-4 weeks to complete the commission depending on the complexity of the art. If your commission is time sensitive and you would like me to finish it faster/before a certain date, you can pay a rush order fee▹ I will send you the full resolution completed artwork as a PNG file through email
